The human body comprises oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, Sicilia, sulfur, chlorine, sodium, and potassium, as well as magnesium, iron, manganese, and iodine. The body requires protein and salt vitamins. Whole grains contain minerals such as nitrogen, calcium, chlorine, fluorine, silicon, sodium, magnesium, manganese, iron, potassium, and iodine. Fruits are rich in vitamins. Vegetables are rich in salts. The fatty and fatty fruits contain plenty of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. These three elements are also located in the starch and the water. Then it produces acid when it processes products, such as white flour, white rice, and white sugar and its derivatives. Foods in this natural state contain nutrients that are perfectly assimilable to the human  body.   APPLES.-Of great use for indigestion, liver, constipation, digestive laziness, and jaundice.
