The human body comprises
oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, Sicilia, sulfur,
chlorine, sodium, and potassium, as well as magnesium, iron, manganese, and iodine.
The body requires protein and salt vitamins. Whole grains contain minerals such as nitrogen, calcium, chlorine, fluorine, silicon, sodium, magnesium, manganese, iron, potassium, and iodine.
Fruits are rich in vitamins.
Vegetables are rich in salts. The fatty and fatty fruits contain plenty of
carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. These three elements are also located in the
starch and the water. Then it produces acid when it processes products, such
as white flour, white rice, and white sugar and its derivatives.
Foods in this natural state contain nutrients that are perfectly assimilable to the human
body.
APPLES.-Of

empty stomach)
CUCUMBER- For high blood
pressure, the kidneys, beautify the skin (Contains silicon).
CABBAGE.-Kidneys, bladder,
nerves, obesity. Contains a lot of calcium and silica for the skin.
COCONUT MILK.-For stomach
ulcers and gastritis. Taken on an empty stomach against amoebas.
LETTUCE.-For nerves, insomnia,
anemia.
PARSLEY.-For diabetes, reduces
fat, nerves and stops hemorrhages. Chew them when labor pains begin.
SPINACH.-For anemia, nerves,
laxatives and obesity.
TOMATOES.-For the liver,
acidosis and obesity.
GRAPES.-For constipation,
kidney problems, anemia, acid solvent and provides calories.
PAPAYA AND PINEAPPLE.-They are
very useful for indigestion, throat and ear ailments, stomach, and obesity. For dyspepsia. (Stomach bloating and
pain)
PEANUTS.-For diabetes eliminates stones, gives shine to hair, and increases calories.
GARLIC.- Boiled, it stops
pneumonia in a few hours. Newborn babies who are attacked by a cold can be
cured quickly with garlic tea.
